iPhone Tweak to launch an app when bluetooth connected

I like tracking my plays in last.fm with Smart Player by Shad Deen. Trouble is when I get in my car, my phone automatically starts playing music. If I don't remember to launch Smart Player and my phone has been asleep a while, it doesn't start syncing to last.fm and I need to fall back on a background tracker like CloudScrob. What I'd like is a tweak that launches Smart Player when my car bluetooth is connected. Does anyone know of something like this? I've been searching and looking. I see that appear to do this for wifi connections, but nothing for bluetooth.

Edit: I have tried Infinity Task but it doesn't appear to do anything. I'm on a 5s running 7.0.4 jb.

have you tried checking if activator can launch an app when you connect to a bluetooth headset?

Yeah, I did look for an activator action. I will keep an eye out. Thanks.
