Does anyone know of a tweak that notifies you if an app begins to use the phone's location?

Edit: I am aware of the location services arrow in the status bar that shows up when an app is using location; I am looking for something that will audibly notify me when an app starts to use my location.

Yes it's already built-in, just head on over to Privacy > location services (for general apps) > or System Services and enable status bar icon to see when it uses it for the various system actions that the OS can do (location, geofencing, etc)

I am quite aware of the location services arrow that appears in the status bar when an app is using your location, but I'm looking for something that will audibly notify me. We use Find my Friends in my family and I'd like to be notified when ever my location is being used. Obviously the status bar icon won't help me because I'd have to be staring at my phone 24/7 :p
