iPhone Tweak to set alarm from notification center?

Is there a tweak to set an alarm from the notification center.

I just came back to the iPhone after having the HTC One for about 7 months.

I used Aviate on android and it included a button in an area similar to the notification center that would allow you to set an alarm.

I found that pretty convenient and would like something similar instead of having to go to the clock app directly to set my alarms.
