iPhone Tweak to temporarely disable iCloud on wifi

Hey,

I am on a mobile wifi router with a data plan of 3GB.

Is there a tweak to temporarely disable icloud (photostream, iCloud backup) without deleting iCloud backups and photostream?

My iPhone is connected via WLAN, so it doesn't know if it is on a mobile data plan or at home and so my data plan is getting empty "without using it actively".

Can I block the ports of iCloud with a tweak, maybe firewall-ip?
