Hey guys,
So I have my lock screen set right now with the LS Jelly Bean theme & with the standard lock screen notifications it looks kinda funky. So basically it's like Android right now so that when I get a text it vibrates & an icon pops up in the status bar, but the screen stays off.

I am wondering if there is a tweak out there that will turn on the screen whenever a notification comes through? I tried messing with lock info 5 but I couldn't get rid of the dumb gray bar for notification stuff on the lock screen, & on top of that the "wake device for notification" didn't even work lol.

So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So you want everything to stay the same except the screen turns on correct? You do not want the stock popup alert to appear on the lockscreen is this right?

Correct. I already turned the pop up notifications off.

Ok. Since you don't want to use the stock "View on Lockscreen" to light up the screen, the only other way I know of is with LockInfo. I'm really sorry I'm not more helpful. If you could get LockInfo to work, is that a solution you'd be happy with? Or do you not want LockInfo changing how your lockscreen works?

More and more people are requesting this feature prolly because of all the various notification tweaks. Now people don't use the stock notification system as much base of these tweaks. This would be a good idea for a quick tweak. I can't imagine it would be too difficult to create.

I'm the opposite. I don't mind my phone making noises and vibrating but I don't want the screen turning on with every notification. If I could control which notifications light up the screen and ignoring the others, then I would use a tweak like that.

Yeah I tried LockInfo and I just couldn't figure out how to get everything off of the lockscreen. Maybe I was wrong but I don't think there was a way to make it completely empty. LockInfo 4 worked perfectly, I am so mad that it isn't compatible with iOS 6. LockInfo 5 is pointless in my opinion. But I would use it if I could get the "gray bar" off of the lockscreen.
