iPhone Tweaks Not Showing Up in Packages on Cydia?

Having an issue where my tweaks are installed (I.E. Lockinfo, Infinidock..).. however NOT showing up in my packages list on Cydia. Havent installed anything new but I do have a long list of sources.. Could they be the issue? What do I do in this situation without rejailbreaking?
