iPhone Tweaks that modify applications

Hey guys, I'm looking for tweaks which modify applications such as Mail or YouTube.

For example, I have ProTube 2 (YouTube plugin that lets me do more things), Mail Enhancer Pro (adds more capabilities to the built-in mail app) and Safari Download Manager (lets me download on Safari, another stock app).

What other good tweaks (that modify already-existing applications) are out there? Also, what are the best tweaks for Siri?

I'm looking for tweaks that work on the iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1 JB.

You should look into flex. There's a ton of small tweaks in there created to modify the both stock other iOS apps. Look for the thread in this forum about it.
