iPhone Tweaks/Themes that stick to default iOS scheme

I like customizing my iPhone but I am only aesthetically inclined to subtle effects. This thread is for likeminded people who want themes/tweaks that stick primarily to the default iOS scheme.

For a theme example, the Genesis theme's Messages icon very closely resembles the original one except for a subtle change, mainly the color.

My list of subtle themes: some icons in Genesis or Jaku, Auxo NCLike (blue option)

For a tweak example, the LiveClock tweak's default icon is basically the same as the default iOS icon, except it accurately displays the time in analog format.

My list of subtle tweaks: LiveClock, Auxo, Barrel, Zeppelin (the default icons that aren't colored or appear off-center)

Does anyone have recommendations?

My requests:

Zeppelin packs with icons that are designed/drawn similar to the rest of the status bar icons (ie: simplistic like the battery icon, no color).

A live Weather app icon that displays current weather info on the default weather icon.

The original (<iOS 5) YouTube app icon to replace the current one.

Any icon or theme containing an icon that is a subtle alteration of the default ones, or looks as if it could've been designed by Apple's iOS team.
