Popped up in the update section for me, now nearbys don't crash anymore

I don't see it either. Someone on twinkle said they saw it, went to the app store to grab it, and it was gone before they had a chance to get it. Pulled perhaps?

Man, I gotta steel myself up and convince myself to try unlocked 2.0 so that I can get the newer versions of Twinkle! They totally dumped updates of the jailbreak version.
