Twisting Picture in Picture mode crashes iPad iOS 14

Picture in Picture mode can crash my iPad Pro by just twisting the pip window using keyboard trackpad. I’m using the Logitech keyboard with trackpad for 11 inch iPad Pro 2018/2019 with my 256gb 2018 iPad Pro. If the Picture in Picture video window is twisted with two fingers, it will crash the iPad and restart it. I’ve tried it with HULU, Netflix, and a Picture in Picture window from the YouTube website using the Safari Browser and same result. I don’t remember it crashing on iOS 13. I tried the same technique in my iPhone 11’s pip mode but it will not crash.
