Twitter and iCloud Greyed out in Settings after IOS5 upgrade

I have the Twitter app installed, and it will let me tweet a photo directly from my camera roll, I also have "backup to iCloud" selected in iTunes and that's working, but both are greyed out in my settings on the iPhone 4. I've rebooted the phone to no avail.

Any ideas what the issue may be, or better yet, how to fix it? Thanks.
