I'm not really into twitter but would like to follow some of the biggar celebs, is there a twitter app where you can just follow people and and not have to have an account?

This is how I use Tweetie...but you have to have a Twitter account....which will most likely be the case if you want to follow anyone on any App.

How about just Safari? If you're just following (like I do), just point your browser to twitter.com.

Every twitter page has an RSS feed. Just get an RSS application and you can follow them without a twitter account.

The RSS link is below the "following" section on their home page.
