Twitter app that only can post messages?

Hello, im going to London to buy an iPad, and im gonna post how things going on twitter for my friends etc with my iPhone, but its expensive to use the mobile network when your on vacation, therfore i want to use the mobile network for as little as possible, its cost me 15 dollar for 1 mb in the mobile network, and i think i can send alot of twitter message for 1 mb, but do anyone knows of an app that only can send messages to twitter, not recive?

I used to use qStatus for only posting. I can't remember if it recieves also but I am almost positive that it is for only sending out to twitter or facebook. Check it out from the app store it was 99 cents.
