Twitter app with proper search?

Hi all!

Could you please recommend to me a Twitter app with proper search? I have been unable to find a Twitter app where you can filter out non-English tweets. Basically I need something like Twazzup, but they don't have an iPhone app. Example of English only tweets about iphone http://www.twazzup.com/?q=iphone&l=en

I'd also love it if I was able to block certain users from search results to cut down on spam.

The next best thing would obviously be a Twitter app that automatically translates non-English tweets.

Twitterrific has a translate feature, but it's not automatic.
