is there a 3rd party twitter app that is better than theirs? It seems that it is the biggest battery user every time I look at the last 24 hours #'s and also not a fan of how you have to take too many steps to access your lists.

Any experiences or recommendations?

I'm using Tweetbot. About battery usage, you may need to check the background app refresh settings.

Thanks. I have background off. But every time I look at battery last 24 hours it's 15% or more of the usage.

I have to echo the suggestion for Tweetbot, the great thing for me is that it synchronises with between my MacBook Pro, IPhone and IPad so I can switch between devices seamlessly (now admittedly I don't know if this is standard for all Twitter Apps).

The problem with third party twitter apps is you can't set them up to push notifications from specific people like you can with the stock twitter app. This is a limitation of iOS as you can easily do this on android.

How is it using 15%?? This is while your phone is idle or because youre on it more than other apps? I use the reg app and it works fine, but with all the tweetbot I might try them, why do you guys use tweetbot?
