As quoted from an interview last week with Biz Stone and Associated Press -

"The two things I use the most are the MacBook Air and my iPhone. Those are my two most-used gadgets that are dented, scratched and smashed."

The MBA is powerful enough to be his main computer ... He runs his share of Twitter, sits on 5 other boards, accomplished entrepreneur, geek and author all from his Air, (and iPhone).

Actually all of Twitter uses Mac's, they're fans of the Airs and iMacs, you can read their profile on Apple.com for business, or google it, here's a quote from the profile page -

More mobility with all the necessary power
Those staff members who use the MacBook Air claim it has totally changed their attitude toward mobility. No longer do they settle for toting a stripped down facsimile of a computer to events. The MacBook Air machines they travel with are the same ones they use for software development.
