Twitter has officially rendered its search function useless with the latest update

Previously one of the features that made Twitter so appealing and useful was the ability to search trending topics.

In the latest update, you can no longer search a specific keyword(s) or phrase and have all of the results be relevant to that word(s) exactly as you typed them. It now also displays alternate spellings of the word. Ridiculous. Who makes these awful decisions???

That's annoying because I feel as though if they surveyed users they would find that no one wants that.
