Twitter icons not correct

When posting to twitter from iOS (such as camera app) the icons for my @replies are not showing correctly. Is there a way to clear the built in twitter cache? Or might there be another solution?

Remove and re-add your Twitter account in the Settings app.

I tried doing that ... still no luck.

Try a hard restart: hold the sleep/wake and home button for about 10 seconds. This is basically the same as resetting your Mac/PC

I would also defeat it from iTunes then go back to app store and reinstall it then back up to iTunes that way if it was curupt I'm anyway iTunes won't try to do anything funny just another thought.
