Twitter notification problems?

Anyone else not getting notifications for the Twitter app? Not working for me on my iPhone (4s AT&T, ios6 and latest version of twitter) or iPad (wifi, same deal). Slightly annoying

I set up sms notifications from Twitter, this way I don't have to worry about which app does or does not have push notifications. Works great.

Hello,

I had IOS 5 installed on my iPhone 4 and no notifications from Twitter. Everytime I go in the app, the notifications are disabled!

I updated the iPhone to IOS 6.0.1 (10A523), restore the backup and no twitter notifications! I deleted the app, clean cookies and reboot the device, still no notifications. This is very anoying!

I am going to restore it as a new iPhone! Save my sms and pictures, contacts are in gmail.

How to fix a not working Twitter push notification?

Part 1: iPhone, iPad, iPod (Do the procedure on all of your devices.)

1. Delete Twitter app.
2. Go to Settings > Twitter > Select your username > Delete account.
3. Reboot your device.

Part 2: Desktop

1. Go to www.twitter.com and sign in your account.
2. Go to www.twitter.com/settings/applications
3. You must see a list of applications that can access your twitter account.
4. Click 'Revoke Access' on ALL of the apps.
5. Refresh the page and you must not see any single app on the page.

Part 3: iPhone, iPad, iPod (Do the procedure on all of your devices.)

1. Go to Settings > Twitter > Add account
2. Sign in your account.
3. Install the Twitter app.
