Twitter notifications not working

Anybody else not getting Twitter notifications? Can't seem to get it to work...

The only notification that is working for me is email

I have mail and calendar working. Can't seem to remember anything else working, though.

Mail and Calendar are working fine here.

But I can't check to see if Twitter is working because I can't even get it to verify my login credentials since installing ML.

I have Mail, Reminders, and Twitter all up and running so far.

I would check the Notifications pref pane to check if it's allowed to post notifications.

Then the Security & Privacy preferences pane to ensure it has permissions to post things there.

Finally check the Mail , Calender etc etc preferences pane to make sure you have the twitter username and password correct (not sure what this pref pane's exact name is)

If you're having issues logging into twitter make sure www.twitter.com actually resolves to the twitter site in a web browser. If the site itself is down you won't be able to log in.

You know it's only mentions and direct messages that will cause notifications, right?

I installed Hiss, it allows me to get a notification for each new tweet in my feed.
