Twitter posting shortcut?

I know I can post to Twitter/FB directly from Notification Center, but does anyone know of a global "new tweet" shortcut? Or a way to create one?

If you go into System Prefs and then Keyboard and Keyboard Shortcuts. In the "Services" section, it allows you to assign a shortcut to tweet. Although i haven't been able to get it to work yet in the GM

Thanks! I figured it out. You have to have text highlighted. This is a handy shortcut. Unfortunately, you have to have the Twitter app open specifically for it to work. I can't use, Say, Tweetbot or Tweetdeck with it.
