How to I sort this out ?

In Apple music when adding two albums ,with the same name, but clearly different albums, they are added to library, but as "one" album, not two separate, with duplicates track numbers (Attached)

Delete the album from your library as it is now. Add the one with all the different single mixes. Viewing that album in your library, select all of the songs, right click, "Get Info" and change the album title to "Inside Out (Mixes)" or whatever you want...just make it different. Now add the other album.

You can do the same thing without deleting and re-adding if you select only the songs (command-click each) from the mixes album and make the Get Info name change.
