On my iPad Pro 6th gen, I now need to click twice to open a link from a search in Safari. This behavior began only within the past two days. It only happens when I use Google as the search engine. If I switch to Yahoo, Bing, or DuckDuckGo as search engine I have no problem. Also no problem if I use a different browser or Google app. Has anyone else seen this?

Well I guess it's like that old joke.

"Doctor, it hurts when I do this."
"Well don't do it then!"

If Google creates a problem, don't use it. DuckDuckGo is a far better search engine anyway.

It could be that you have enabled accessibility features. I for sure know that when one of these features is enabled, you need to double click on items in order to open them.
