Two Displays with White iMac

I have a white G5 iMac with iSight (17 inches). I wish to add another display to it. The display has a VGA input. What adapter should I use to connect this display to my iMac?

I went to the Apple store and got two different answers, and my research shows another answer.

That's the adapter. The geniuses aren't always... geniuses.

Note, the Geniuses are there to diagnose and fix problems. Knowing every piece of peripheral that's ever been made by Apple is NOT part of their job description (although it helps). Back to topic...

With that 2nd display, you can actually extend your desktop (not mirror) onto the second monitor with a third party hack. The info can be found at everymac.com under the specific mac (their estimated current price is way off though).
