Two factor authentication (second user access?)

Is there a way a second user to have access on another icloud account where 2 factor is enabled ?

You mean you have one iCloud account and you want to allow somebody else to access it?

You could just add their phone number as an alternate method of authentication, then when they login they can select that number as the place to send the code. For example, I have my daughter's cell phone in there in case I lose my phone and cannot get in I could have the code sent to her.

Thanks....where do i add a second phone number ? I want to add my brothers...where do i go ?

Go here and login then scroll down to this section and click edit to add the numbers you want. You can even add a landline and it will robocall you and give you the code.
