When Safari first starts up this gesture works perfectly but about 2 pages in it seizes to work. The only way to fix it is to quit Safari but it still only lasts for like 2 pages. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is a known issue. Others have posted that this is happening to them as well.

Well I would prefer them to release a fix for it rather than ignore it. It gets quite annoying when you're deprived of a gesture that has now become muscle memory. I guess with the release date around the corner they don't care.

Well, the problem with a bug is that is might work for some and not others. It works fine on my systems. It takes time to track it down and fix. Since it just cropped up in this release they need to be given some time to fix it. They care. There are bug reports filed. It will be fixed as soon as they find out why it is happening.

That's a big assumption. This bug may have been discovered and fixed by Apple before the last update even went out, but didn't get checked in in time to actually get packaged in the release.

IT IS NOT RELEASED!!
How much did you pay for that BETA code your running?
Reporting bugs is a necessary part of the process, but persistent whining from people who are not developers and just installed BETA code then bitch about it all the time just pisses me off.
