Two "Help" Menus In iWork Apps

Both Pages 1.0.2 and Keynote 2.0.2 have a second help menu beside the normal one containing only "(app) Help". I tried looking through the app packages but i am new to OS X and did not know what to look for. I also tried reinstalling the update. Any other ideas?

Have you installed divx? That is known to cause this problem...
