Two lines, is there a way to use internet from the first for some apps and from the second for others?

I have 2 celular plans on my iphone, one (lew's call it DATA1) has 100gb of internet per month and the other (DATA2) 5gb but with unlimited youtube. Is there any setting or configuration that allows me on IOS to auto use DATA1 for everything but auto switches to DATA2 when using youtube app? Or I will need to switch the internet provider manually everytime in the settings?

You'd have to do it manually.
