Hi wondering if I could request some advice.

Was thinking of going for 20" imac duo (updating from imac g4 800) and had two questions:

1.I need to do some pc work so thought it would be grat to run bootcamp, but I have some reservations regarding windows virus/spyware etc killing off my mac- what are your thoughts on the risks of this?

2.Thought of getting second monitor for video work, photoshop etc, was planning 20" dell but some reviews put me off and 24" dell looks a better bet (when I have the money).
I thought of using this as a decent size tv (connected to a dvd recorder with componant out ) and save myself some space and money on a regular flat screen tv.
Is this a good move, any advice would be welcome!:)

Thanks

The Dell 24 makes a good TV if you have an external tuner and external speakers.

Your exposure to spyware running Windows under Bootcamp will be approximately equal to your exposure running Windows on a PC - in other words, you need to take all the same precautions.
