Two MAJOR problems I have with Byline

Please tell me if these are bugs or just user error:

1. After syncing and archiving Byline, I need to KEEP THE APP OPEN to
access new items. If I go to another app, then go back to Byline, it
reverts to an older sync. This is absolutely maddening and seems like
a major bug.

2. When loading a page in Byline's browser, if I zoom in on the page,
the app crashes 90% of the time. Obviously, this is a huge bug as
well.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

I had the first one a lot, also I have one where if you save starred itemss, after a little bit when you open them it's not that feed, it's some other random one! Very aggravating

I seem to have fixed both problems by deleting the app and installing it again. This is a really great app when working properly.

i have the same problem with the app reverting back to an older sync. i have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times to fix various problems. i also have the problem where the icon no longer displays my unread count no matter what i do. sync is very slow and useless on EDGE. I'm considering Gazette but for now I'll stick with Newsstand.
