I set up my mini with two monitors. One is a flat screen TV and the other is a very old monitor that I had lying around. Everything worked well for a couple of months, but lately, the old monitor doesn't want to light up 2/3 of the time. Restarting the computer doesn't seem to make much difference. Any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks

How old is very old?

Maybe the very old one has reached the end if its useful life. Can't see that it is a Mac Mini problem.

A few months back I chucked the 15 inch monitor that had been used with two Mac Minis and had seen better days. It cost $250 in 2005. The 22 inch replacement was a $90 end of line special.
