Hey,

There's two things I've found that I believe are necessary improvements, what do you guys think?

1) The ability to delete app documents & data in Settings > General > Usage > Example Application (rather than the option to just delete the app).

2) When you purchase an app, it should remain in the App Store and simply show you a page curl on the right side so you can see where your app went rather than taking you out of the app.

I'm hoping Apple will add these sometime soon, they are simple enough and pretty important (to me, at least).

EDIT: Some more:

3) When you rotate to landscape with the iPhone and have the app task bar open, or if you double tap in landscape, it should show the icons facing the correct way and not facing the home button. That way if I'm in an app that's in landscape I can easily flick through my apps without having to rotate the device.

4) I'd also like to see the volume slider in the app switcher (two swipes to the right to get there) made smaller and have a brightness slider next to it as well. (I'm sure this has been thought of before, but I think it should be done.)

And a complete redesign of the mind-bogglingly useless photostream. Yea I want every crap photo I take saved online and hogging double space on my device without the option to delete... Who thought this one up??

I don't think it uses double space, these are just pointers to the images you've taken. Now, if you taken a picture with your other iOS device, they would be saved temporarily on all of your devices. Of course, you also have the option of turning off Photostream altogether.

Perhaps yes. But obviously if the best option for issues with a new feature is to turn it off entirely we have a problem. PS is being widely booed across the net this week.

I've got two more suggestions and I thought I'd add them here (as well as the first post):

That way if I'm in an app that's in landscape I can easily flick through my apps without having to rotate the device.

Yep! I hate that the app store always takes you to your app when you download it, I have to scroll a few pages back and reopen the app store! Annoying.

And someone said above about Photostream, I too hate that. I wish we could just pick the pictures we want uploading. I have HDR copy my photos too, so it's double the amount.

Indeed, it's probably one of the most irritating things about iOS. It hampers my app downloading experience :( :p
