Two or more Apple Watch LTE ,how much for LTE costs?

In my country they have no LTE available , I'm curious if I've more than one Apple Watch LTE , Do I've to pay for LTE cost every watch I own or just one.

No if you don't have LTE in your country and don't want to activate LTE then you don't have to pay anything for LTE. It is an optional feature.

We can use just one watch in the same time so it should be only one to pay ?
