Hi all,
Sorry if these have been answered, but I can't find the answers anywhere if they exist:
1. Will iPhone support Hotmail (other than going through Safari, blah blah?
2. I know that you can open Excel etc docs in email, but can you sync Excel and other docs as you can in Palm, for example?

Many thanks,
Jenn

I'd like to know about hotmail as well

I've looked on the web, but see no resources for how to get to hotmail in the mail app on the iphone.... Anyone know how?

With respect to syncing docs - it doesn't look like that's possible either. That should be something they fix in some future iTunes update.

The problem with Hotmail is that it doesn't allow you to use external mail apps unless you pay the $20/year subscription (you also get more storage for the price).

But $20/year for some more storage and external access? Not worth it for a domain called "Hotmail" (domain looks bad in almost any situation).

How exactly does the hotmail domain "look bad in almost any situation?" Would you not hire someone if their email on their resume was @hotmail.com?

For my iPhone I have a Yahoo Push Account and I FORWARD A COPY of all my email to that account including my HOTMAIL (I have msn.com). After I read it I usually DELETE it from Yahoo so my Yahoo is normally emply and my primary account has the REAL COPY.

I have the MSN Premium so I am not sure if the FORWARD A COPY is available to the FREE Version.

The hotmail is answered.
You can open and view excell and doc files but you cant edit them and then save them again.
