Two questions regarding setting up Apple Music with my family.

I can't seem to find simple answers to these questions anywhere, so I was hoping someone could explain this for me.

I signed up for Apple Music's 90 day trial. I want to get my wife on it with me, but I have no idea how to properly get her on this with me. Do I have to invite her?

I've already got her as a part of my family sharing on my icloud account. It shows her as part of it.
