Good afternoon

I can't fix it, the problem is big.

A monitor is connected to the MacBook. Previously, I could move the screens separately on each monitor, but now I move the screen on a MacBook, and the screen on the monitor immediately moves. Although the screens are not duplicated. How can this be fixed?

Here is a link to a video of what is happening https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-CVonzN8HcNXf2OvpULEiBwyz_sRusEG/view

Check the "Displays have separate spaces" in System Preferences -> Mission Control, and reboot.
