Two SharedSupport and Two Microsoft Error Reporting

Why do I have two 'sharedsupport" and two "microsoft error reporting" on my mac (catalina)?
And is that what's making it respond so slowly?
It was not like this before I upgraded to Catalina...

I would delete them all, I'm sure Microsoft apps will recreate them next time they are launched.
