Two users on a mac, one buys an app from App Store...

..can they both use that App, if they are using their own AppleID's?
Is it installed in /Applications?
Or in /Users/<userX>/Applications?

Just thinking which option of the license is cheaper...

All local users can use the apps. However updating has to be done by the "owner" of an app.

OSX App Store updates with multiple users

My mac has several users. If I want to "update" an app, it says only the original user can do the update. But I don't have access to his account! How can I either: Update apps from another user
