Any chance we can get two Safari browser windows side by side in iOS 9 with Split View? Or for that matter two documents open side by side with any app including Text editors, coders, etc?

Not for now, judging from the current state of iOS a jailbreak allowing the running of two instances, or the app developer implementing split view manually are more likely.

Isn't possible as of beta 3. A workaround will be to open Chrome and Safari side by side once Google updates Chrome to support split view in the fall.
