So... i wanna install in my old MB Uni 2008 (5.1) and i like to use the one used my MBA's (i herd that it's very good)


or it's a flash mem like the ipad/iphone?

Kingston SSDNow V+100 uses the same controller. The SSD in MBA is what it is because of the firmware and that is only available for the MBA SSD, not for other SSDs such as the Kingston.

Can't understand you dude.

However, the MacBook Air doesn't use a standard SSD, it's the internals of one but without the case and then incorporated into the logic board.

ok i just know that, i tought the storage can be easily replaced like MB and MBP's
