Typing on my new iPad now!!! Magazine + wireless question

I just got my new iPad and I love it! I'm typing on it now. I just have two quick questions.
1) I was hoping to get newspapers and magazines wirelessly sent monthly and daily with papers to my iPad. I just found out you can't do that with the kindle app. Will iBook or app store have something like that? I really want the ft newspaper And the economist magazine

2) I'm noticing that my iPad is having trouble reconnecting back to the Internet after I shut it off. Sometimes it reconnects after a little and sometimes I reset my router. Is this a common problem? Any fix?

Try resetting your network settings in your ipad. Not sure if it's an option as I don't have one but it works on the iPhone

Fictionwise sells magazine subscriptions, too, and you can get a format that will work with readers available for the iPad. It won't be from Amazon through the Kindle, but that appears to be the only way to get them.
