iPhone Typophone weather background problem

Hello I have typophone weather and when I try to change the background with the app from the app store, the background does not fit the whole screen. A black bar shows up at the bottom. Even using Ifile and changing it with that does not work.

Im on the Iphone 5 ios 6.1
