Apologies if this has been posted before but I have been away on vacation.

I don't know if there is any truth in this suggested launch date for the U.K., and I notice the story dates back almost a month, but see this:

http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/239562/

Weird. I think we will hear something at either Apple Expo Paris or Mac Expo London, God only hopes we hear something, and soon. I'm tired of waiting, I'm getting tired of hyping until my testicles explode. I just want this device!

...On the other hand, if that article is 1 month old and only 5 people have signed it, I can deal with that queue! :D

Wish they'd hurry up already.

I'm dying to see what the price is going to be and if there is going to be any changes from the original launch model.

Corrected. You shouldn't try to attach Canada to the US anyway. It's a much nicer place.

If you are going to moan about capitals, you should have changed the we're to We're.

I did. Besides, I didn't moan, I just thought seeing as he's taking up most of my screen with his complaining he should use correct grammar. Now that was moaning.

I've heard (from a senior Apple Europe employee) that it will be announced at the Paris Expo and available on 1st October.

The "i" in iPhone is not capitalized. -_- That is like the biggest pet peeve of mine, and it has been since the iPod became popular (I was an earlier adopter there too). At least spell the name of the product properly--even newspapers still capitalize it.

Ithink you mIght be wrong.. Infact I mIght be wrong?
Ithink Ineed Iphone.
:D

Ahahahahah! I know the feeling though, I saw a newspaper not only capitalise, but hyphen it. Bastards. I-Pod GRRRR.

Nice sig BTW Evan ;) I see you're getting cheerier as the days draw near!

:D No he wasn't, but I had all my geek dreams fulfilled when he told me all about the joys of working for Apple :D

LMAO I know the feeling. I went into Regent Street's Apple Store for the first time on Saturday, got the 1st 160GB iPod Classic they sold - the guy even wrote #01! on my receipt! :D - I had to apologise to my girlfriend as I said I felt like I couldn't walk because it felt like after sex.

That's pretty neat, you should keep it.
| Flashback from Austin Powers- Goldmember (Where he keeps his skin) "Mmm.. its a keepers.. take it from me before I eat it.. QUICK!"
hehe

@Ross Thanks :D

Hehe yeah I am keeping it! It's in the Classic's box so everytime I show someone I can smell that new-Apple smell :D

Realised there aint any pix of the 160GB (Read: 150GB lawl) being unboxed.

Mine are here: http://gallery.mac.com/rosso.anderson#100059

EDIT: Those pix can also be used to identify/mug me if any folks are gonna be in Regent's for the release :)

OMG you're actually *SNIFFING* the damn box. Yowzerz now I know which guy to rob on the way out. Probably sniffing the box too. :D
