U.S. Apple store updating

true, wonder whats coming?? something new maybe? new ipod? iphone?? red macbook???
It may be the Friday sale prices officially listed - that may be it. OTOH - maybe a surprise headed our way that the rumor boards have missed - we'll know soon.
so when the apple store is down, the story goes in the macbook and macbook pro thread, why is that?
try putting this thread in an accurate place, like community discussion, or something.
BTW - its late - I'm over stuffed with food - but I did not see any really special deals that would make me go out of my way to jump on these "deals".
I guess is that, after 3 or more months of wainting, we got use to it.... hey! Apple Store is down, would be nex tuesday? or Wednesday? what about Macbook, we it will be updated... etc
