UB Halo Demo

I don't think there is, you have to buy the game for it to be universal.

How bad did it run? I was running the demo at 1920x1080 on my MacBook Pro and it was playable, although it didn't run as smooth as natively in XP on the MacBook.

Clcik the halo icon so it is selected then press (in finder that is) command(which is the button) then I while still holding command, then you shoudl eitehr see the words Universal or Power PC.

dudes if it was on powerpc code than i wonder how it is on universal because when i played it on my macbook it ran perfectly fine except the fans were going crazy

Then you haven't played it on a real machine. Running the original Halo on my iMac G4 with all settings on low was as slow as it running on my iMac Core Duo with all settings up. This of course was the PPC version.

The UB version runs much more better as you can imagine. It could play at a steady 30 FPS with the proper settings.

Yes I could imagine it runs nicer as it is UB, but I just want to enjoy the demo b4 I save enough money to buy my friends 360 WITH gears of war... so is there no UB demo then?
