I don't know uBar, but you can check all your apps via System Information or Activity Monitor. Since Activity Monitor requires it is running, System Information is the best tool for the job. Open it, scroll down to Applications (and afterwards you can check Frameworks too), and you should see "64-bit" as a column with yes and no as options

It is 64 bit according to the Mac App Store.

Just looked up what this app even is, and I'm insanely confused about why you'd want the time in the bottom right, when it's already in your menu bar. Having the time and date two places at ones it redundant.

I also wouldn't want the Windows style dock, but that's preference.
