uBlock Origin alternative for Safari in macOS Catalina?

Does anyone know of a good adblocker for Safari in the latest macOS Catalina? Unfortunately UO is no longer supported. I heard about people using WIPR but not sure if that's the best one. Please advise. Thank you.
