my system
Mac Pro 7,1
CPU: 2.5GHz 28core
RAM: 768 GB
GPU:
slot 1 => AMD Radeon Pro 580X
slot 3 => Nvidia RTX 3090 (gigabyte rtx 3090 turbo blower type)
SSD: 4TB Apple internal SSD
(no additional stuffs)

Monitor: Apple Pro XDR Display (connected with TB3)

I am currently using masOS BigSur(2TB), Ubuntu 20.04(1TB), Windows 10(1TB) installed on the above system.

For Ubuntu 20.04.2
wifi
bluetooth
XDR (only 3840x2160)

Doesn't work.

Is there a way to set up the wifi and bluetooth driver of Mac Pro 7,1 on Ubuntu 20.04? (broadcom 4364/3 or 4364/4)

Can I see XDR as 6016x3384 on Ubuntu 20.04?
(DisplayPort-0 and DisplayPort-1 are each set to 3008x3384, but the screen is not displayed. So, I set DisplayPort-0 to 3840x2160 and use it.)

Is there any reference information when installing Ubuntu 20.04 on MacPro 7,1?

Also, on macOS, an issue with Nvidia GPU causes kernel panic from sleep mode. Is there any way to solve this?

Thank you

What are you doing with 28 cores and 768GB RAM?
I develop a model that analyzes thousands of CT data. In order to reduce the analysis time, thousands of CT data are simultaneously loaded into RAM and analysis is attempted. So, I bought a large amount of RAM.
