Even though Ubuntu 8 isn't officially supported in Parallels 3, it does install and run, but with minor issues - namely, the Parallels Tools refuse to install (complaining that they don't know how to install for X.org version 1.4), and that I can't get Linux to use any resolution other than 1152x700 (or something like that).
I searched the Ubuntu forums but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I definitely think someone there might be able to help, but I thought it would be worth checking here too
