I have IMAC 17 inch 2006 model in awesome shape i want to use ubuntu instead of windows xp on the bootcamp. Do i need to install Windows are can i use ubuntu cd:confused: i burned the image iso. Thanks

When I put ubunu on my Windows machine I just clicked on the install file and it did the work for me. Now I have to option to boot into Windows or Ubuntu. I would think it would be the same for mac. I end up using Ubuntu all the time instead of Windows.

Windows works well yes but i need to know for sure if i can use the ubuntu cd instead of XP to boot the bootcamp haha funny.:p
